Bakalářská práce zkoumá implementaci systému personálního controllingu ve vybraném souboru malých a středních podniků a jeho praktické využití. The bachelor thesis explores the implementation of personnel controlling system in a selected sample of small and medium-sized enterprises and its practical application.
