Abstract:
Téma ochrany hospodářské soutěže a boje proti kartelovým dohodám je důležitým elementem pro fungování tržního prostředí. Práce se zabývá platnou právní úpravou, možnostmi a nástroji, které lze k ochraně hospodářské soutěže aplikovat.
Abstract:
The issue of protection of competiton and the fight against cartel agreements is an important element for functioning market environment. The thesis deals with legal means, the possibilities and tools, which can be used to protection of competition.
