Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice úprav na míru podniku: customizaci. Základním cílem této práce je identifikovat hlavní etapy tohoto procesu a zasadit jej do referenčního modelu MBI. This thesis is about changes which are define by company: customization. The main goal of this work is to identify the main phases of this process and put it into the reference model MBI. In the first chapter the theoretical apparat of the process of customization is defined as well as the business impact of this process.
