The work presents an analysis of intra-community acquisition and intra-community delivery of goods in the entity under the VAT Act. The first chapter focuses on the basic terms such as the acquisition and the delivery of goods. Diplomová práca obsahuje analýzu intrakomunitárneho nadobudnutia a intrakomunitárneho dodania tovaru v konkrétnej účtovnej jednotke podľa zákona o DPH. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na základné pojmy pre nadobudnutie a dodanie tovaru.
