Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika organizační struktury a jejího vlivu na efektivitu a konkurenceschopnost dopravních a logistických podniků. Pro dobře fungující společnost je základem dobře fungující, organizovaná a systematická logistika. Ta pramení z dobře navržené a efektivní organizační struktury. Záměrem práce bylo vyhodnotit a charakterizovat konkurenceschopnost vybrané společnosti. K tomu bylo využito pomocí strategických metod, především interní rozbor společnosti a její dosavadní funkčnost procesů a efektivnost organizační struktury. Dále za pomocí strategických analýz, jako je analýza SWOT, PEST a Porterova analýza pěti sil, bylo analyzováno vnitřní a vnější okolí společnosti. To vedlo ke zjištění nedostatků a navrhnutí efektivní organizační struktury. Na základě všech výzkumů, které byly provedeny, se zdá, že organizační struktura ve společnosti pomáhá jejímu plynulejšímu a efektivnějšímu fungování. Autor zjistil, že správné nastavení organizační struktury může pomoci zlepšit práci zaměstnanců ve společnosti, a tím zefektivnit procesy a konkurenceschopnost společnosti.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of organizational structure and its influence on the efficiency and competitiveness of transport and logistics enterprises. A well-functioning, organized and systematic logistics is the basis for a well-functioning company. This stems from a well-designed and effective organizational structure. The aim of the work was to evaluate and characterize the competitiveness of the selected company. For this, strategic methods were used, primarily an internal analysis of the company and its existing process functionality and the effectiveness of the organizational structure. Furthermore, with the help of strategic analyses, such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Porter's five forces analysis, the internal and external environment of the company was analyzed. This led to the identification of shortcomings and the design of an effective organizational structure. Based on all the research that has been done, it seems that organizational structure in a company helps it run more smoothly and efficiently. The author found that the correct setting of the organizational structure can help to improve the work of employees in the company and thereby make the processes and competitiveness of the company more efficient.
