The Mayor
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje popisu a analýze právního postavení starosty v českém obecním zřízení, jeho volbě, povinnostem, oprávněním, odpovědnosti, důvodům vedoucím k ukončení výkonu funkce, kladům a záporům přímé volby starosty a právní úpravě starosty ve Svobodném státu Sasko ve Spolkové republice Německo.
Abstract:
The thesis addresses the description and analyses of the legal regulation of the mayor in the Czech municipal law, his election, duties, competences, responsibilities and reasons, which lead to the termination of his function, pros and cons of a direct election and the legal regulation of the mayor in the Free State of Saxony in the Federal Republic of Germany.
