Abstract:
Ve své práci se snažím skloubit teoretické poznatky z oboru motivace pracovníků a zaměstnaneckých benefitů s výsledky dotazníkového šetření v praxi. Výsledkem je následná konkluze.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I try to combine theoretical knowledge of staff motivation and employees benefits with the results of the survey in practice. The result is a conclusion of this.
