Manifestations of the Principle of Professionality with regard to Contract for Work
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce popisuje projevy principu profesionality ve smlouvách o dílo s důrazem na stavby. V každé kapitole je pojednáváno o projevech tohoto principu, jsou zde identifikována sporná místa a slabiny regulace a zároveň je navrhováno jejich překonání. Autor se zaměřuje na instituty, které mohou zásadně ovlivnit závazkový vztah smlouvy o dílo.
Abstract:
This thesis describes manifestations of the principle of professionality with regard to contract for work with emphasis on construction. In each chapter is dealt with manifestation of this principle and there are identified questionable and weak spots of the regulation. It is proposed simultaneously overcoming it.
