Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku trestné činnosti zejména v silniční dopravě. Práce bude rozdělena do pěti kapitol. V první kapitole je nastíněn malý přehled a vymezení nejdůležitějších základních pojmů, jakým jsou například formy silniční dopravy, druhy pozemních komunikací, účastníci silničního provozu a podobně, kdy krátké vymezení těchto pojmů je nezbytné pro toto téma. The bachelor thesis is focused on criminal activities, especially in transport. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. In the first chapter is a basic overview and a summary of the most important concepts. These are, for example, forms of road transport, types of roads and road users.
