Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření. Teoretická část popisuje historii syndromu vyhoření, definice, příznaky a důsledky, diagnostiku, prevenci a také přibližuje problematiku syndromu vyhoření u studentů připravujících se na povolání všeobecné sestry. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome. The theoretical part describes the history of burnout syndrome, definitions, symptoms and consequences, diagnosis, prevention and also introduces the issue of burnout syndrome in students preparing for the profession of general nursing.
