Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení s méně známým postižením, kterým je Angelmanův syndrom. V první kapitole se zabývám historií, oblastí genetiky a klinickými kritérii Angelmanova syndromu. Ve druhé kapitole popisuji konkrétní možné projevy a příznaky Angelmanova syndromu. Abstract:
The aim of my bachelor essay is familiarization with less known disablement which is Angelman syndrome. First chapter consists of history, territory of genetics and clinical criteria of Angelman syndrome. Second chapter describes concrete possible demonstration and symptoms of Angelman syndrome.
