Tato diplomová práce zohledňuje zásadní změny ke kterým dojde v daňovém právu procesním v roce 2011. Účinnosti nabude nový daňový řád. Tento předpis upravuje otázky správy daní a zcela nahradí stávající úpravu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do 9 kapitol, včetně úvodu a závěru. This thesis reflects a fundamental change that will occur in the procedural tax law in 2011. Tax Administration Code is coming into efficiency.
