Social dynamics, progress and reform in the economic thought of J. S. Mill
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou metodologické a ontologické názory J. S. Milla v otázkách společenských věd. Krom toho autor této práce prozkoumá,jakým způsobem se tyto ontologické názory přemítají do Millovy teorie ekonomického a společenského pokroku. Poslední část práce se zabývá tím, jak se Millova teorie pokroku odráží v jeho politických a reformních názorech.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is ontological and methodological views of J. S. Mill on questions of social sciences. The author of this paper researches, how these ontological views are reflected in Mill's theory of socio-economic progress. The third part of the work shows, how this theory of progress affects Mill's views on particual political issues of the time.
