Abstract:

ANNOTATION ABRAHÁMOVÁ, Zora, Bc.: The evaluation of employees in selected organizations of the banking sector in Slovakia. / Thesis /. College of Banking Prague, foreign university Banska Bystrica. Supervisor: Ing. Jaroslav Palau, PhD. Year of defense: 2013. Number of pages: 64.Odbor: Finance. The thesis deals with the evaluation in the chosen bank. The objective is based on theoretical approaches and analysis of employee evaluation reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the system and propose possible solutions for its improvement. The work is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter we pay attention focused on the definition of employee evaluation, methods and evaluation phase, further criteria to be used in the evaluation as well as errors in the evaluation. The second chapter consists directly from the analysis of the evaluation system in the selected bank and the last chapter we evaluate the facts resulting from the analysis and present proposals to improve the situation found.

V diplomovej práci sa zaoberáme hodnotením zamestnancov vo vybranej banke. Cieľom práce je na základe teoretických prístupov a analýzy systému hodnotenia zamestnancov odhaliť silné a slabé stránky tohto systému a navrhnúť možné riešenia na jeho zdokonalenie. Práca je rozčlenená do troch kapitol. V prvej kapitole venujeme pozornosť zameranú na definíciu hodnotenia zamestnancov, metódy a fázy hodnotenia, ďalej kritériá, ktoré sa pri hodnotení využívajú ako aj chyby pri hodnotení. Druhá kapitola sa skladá priamo z analýzy systému hodnotenia vo vybranej banke a v poslednej kapitole vyhodnocujeme zistené skutočnosti vyplývajúce z analýzy a prezentujeme návrhy na zlepšenie zisteného stavu.
