Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit vliv onemocnění roztroušené sklerózy mozkomíšní na autonomní regulaci kardiovaskulárního systému formou baroreflexní sensitivity. U souboru pacientek (n = 8) byla v letech 2007 a 2010 měřena baroreflexní sensitivita během spontánního a metronomem kontrolovaného dýchání (f = 0,33 Hz). Abstract:
The aim of the diploma theses was to evaluate the impact of Multiple Sclerosis on the function of the autonomous regulation of the cardiovascular system by the method of baroreflex sensitivity. In the year 2007 and 2010 the baroreflex sensitivity was investigated in the group of Multiple Sclerosis patients while breathing spontaneously and according to metronom (f = 0,33 Hz).
