Zásada společné odpovědnosti rodičů za výchovu dítěte (čl. 18 Úmluvy o právech dítěte)

The Principle of Common Parental Responsibility Concerning Upbringing of the Child (Article 18 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child).
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zásadu společné odpovědnosti rodičů za výchovu dítěte, tak, jak je to deklarováno v čl. 18 Úmluvy o právech dítěte. Zkoumá možnosti dodržení této zásady v případě rozpadu rodiny. Věnuje se zvláště problematice střídavé výchovy.
Abstract:
The diploma paper concerns the principle of shared responsibility of both parents in children's fosterage as declared in article 18 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and explores the possibilities of observance of this principle in case of family separation. The paper focuses mainly on joint custody.
