Specifics of marketing in Russia

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the peculiarities of marketing in Russia. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is, based on its own analysis of the peculiarities of marketing in selected segments of the Russian market, to formulate recommendations for the possible entry of companies into the market in the field of marketing. Within the insurance sector, the following peculiarities valid for the Russian market were pointed out: significant psychological resistance to insurance products, smaller planning horizon, rapid growth of Russia's insurance market, predominance of universal insurance companies, life insurance is the fastest growing product on the market, key influence of reference groups , greater emphasis on the online environment, the main way of product distribution is through sales of products through affiliate banks and directly at the insurance company branch, the strategic goal of Russian companies is to work with existing clients and sell other insurance and investment products, the most attractive group of policyholders Moscow and St. Petersburg as the main economic centers of the country and the low correlation between income and the effort to conclude an insurance contract. The construction sector has the following differences in the field of marketing: strict division of companies into smaller ones, which are focused regionally and large companies, strong focus according to customer segments, relatively low level of local specialists in the field of marketing, significant seasonality, influence of reference groups that online advertising is becoming a key promotion tool - especially for well-known bloggers. The following recommendations were pointed out for insurance-oriented marketing: relatively negative perception of insurance by the local population - the need to build an educational marketing campaign, focus on individuals, online sales, strong word-of-mouth and regional focus on larger cities. The following was recommended for marketing in construction: focus on buildings in the Krasnodar region for recreational purposes, run advertising mainly in the summer months, have sales offices in the largest cities, online advertising and provide an introductory stay in the buildings.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována zvláštnostem marketingu v Rusku. Cílem bakalářské práce je, na základě vlastní provedené analýzy zvláštností marketingu ve vybraných segmentech ruského trhu, formulovat doporučení pro možný vstup firem na daný trh ve sféře marketingu. V rámci sektoru pojištění bylo upozorněno na následující zvláštnosti platné po ruský trh: výrazný psychologický odpor vůči pojistným produktům, menší „horizont“ plánování, rychlý růst pojistného trhu Ruska, převažování univerzálních pojišťoven, nejrychleji rostoucím produktem na trhu je pojištění života, klíčový vliv referenčních skupin, větší důraz na online prostředí, hlavní způsob distribuce produktů je pomocí prodejů produktů přes affilate banky a přímo na pobočce pojišťovny, strategickým cílem ruských firem se stává práce s již existujícím klientem a prodej dalších pojistných a investičních produktů, nejatraktivnější skupinou pojištěnců jsou v zemi obyvatelé Moskvy a Petrohradu jako hlavních ekonomických center země a nízká korelace mezi příjmem a snahou uzavřít pojistnou smlouvu. U stavebního sektoru se jedná o následující odlišnosti ve sféře marketingu: striktní rozdělení firem na menší, které jsou zaměřené regionálně a na velké firmy, silné zaměření dle segmentů zákazníků, relativně nízká úroveň místních specialistů ve sféře marketingu, výrazný vliv sezónnosti, vliv referenčních skupin a to, že klíčovým nástrojem propagace se stává online reklama – zejména u známých blogerů. U marketingu zaměřeného na pojišťovnictví bylo poukázáno na následující doporučení: relativně negativní vnímání pojištění ze strany místního obyvatelstva – nutnost vybudovat marketingovou kampaň edukačního charakteru, zaměřit se na fyzické osoby, prodej online, výrazný vliv slova-z-úst a regionální zaměření na větší města. U marketingu uplatněného ve stavebnictví bylo doporučeno následující: zaměřit se na stavby v Krasnodarském kraji pro účely rekreace, reklamu spouštět hlavně v letních měsících, prodejní zastoupení mít v největších městech, online reklama a zajistit seznamovací pobyt v daných objektech.
