Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vazebných molekul. Tyto molekuly slouží v této práci jako imunomodulační nástroje ke studiu funkce rostlinných hormonů. Velké molekuly imunoglobulinů dříve sloužily jako vazebné molekuly, později byly nahrazeny menšími a flexibilnějšími fragmenty těchto molekul. This thesis deals with binding molecules used as immunomodulatory tools to study the function of plant hormones. Large immunoglobulins which previously served as binding molecules were later replaced by smaller and more flexible fragments of these molecules.
