Available flexible forms of employment in HR management

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce jsou možnosti flexibilních forem práce v HR ma-nagementu. V rámci literární rešerše jsou uvedeny poznatky plynoucí ze studia české i zahraniční literatury, které se týkají dané problematiky. Dále jsou zde vy-světleny související pojmy, kterými jsou například gender management, age ma-nagement či sociální diverzita v podnicích. Literární rešerše obsahuje výčet flexi-bilních forem práce v podmínkách České republiky. Druhá část práce se věnuje výzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno v šesti českých podnicích z oblasti vý-robního průmyslu. Zpočátku jsem krátce, na základě interních dokumentů, výrobní podniky představila. V rámci kvalitativního šetření jsem provedla semistrukturované rozhovory s šesti personálními pracovníky ze spolupracujících firem. V případě kvantitativního výzkumu jsem využila dotazníkového šetření, které bylo určeno zaměstnancům těchto podniků. Získané výsledky byly vhodně zpracovány a sloužily jako podklad pro vypracování konkrétních návrhů a doporučení zejména z oblasti flexibilního zaměstnávání.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is the possibilities of flexible forms of work in HR management. Within the literary search, the findings from the study of Czech and foreign literature, which relate to the issue, are mentioned. Furthermore, in the research there are related concepts explained, such as gender management, age management or social diversity in companies. The literature search contains a list of flexible forms of work in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The second part of the work deals with a research survey, which was conducted in six Czech enterprises in the field of manufacturing industry. Initially, I briefly introduced manufacturing companies based on internal documents. As part of the qualitative survey, I conducted semi-structured interviews with six personnel officers from cooperating companies. In the case of quantitative research, I used a questionnaire survey, which was focused on employees of those enterprises. The obtained results were suitably processed and served as a basis for the elaboration of specific proposals and recommendations, especially in the field of flexible employment.
