Hardware detection in Windows OS
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce popisuje průběh detekce a instalace hardwaru v operačním systému MS Windows. Hlavním cílem však bylo vytvořit software typu klient-server, který sleduje hardwarové konfigurace jednotlivých stanic v lokální síti. K tomu právě využívá informací o hardware získaných operačním systémem. Zjištěné změny jsou uloženy na serveru v databázi. Dále byla pro správce sítě vytvořena webová aplikace …more
Abstract:
This master thesis describes the progress of hardware detection and installation in the MS Windows operating system. The main goal however was to create a software client-server, which monitors hardware configuration of individual PC stations in the local network.
