Abstract:

Kvalita života a její determinanty jsou v dnešní době moderní téma, kterému se věnuje velké množství autorů z různých oborů. Zajímavým tématem je také problematika výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V této diplomové práci je propojeno obojí. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, zda je subjektivní hodnocení kvality života osob odsouzených k výkonu trestu odnětí svobody nižší než u populace běžné, a zároveň tímto výzkumem ověřit, zda existují rozdíly v subjektivním hodnocení kvality života, které jsou diferencovány dosavadní délkou VTOS, věkem, pohlavím a vzděláním.

Abstract:

The quality of life and its determinants are currently a modern topic, which is dealt with by numerous authors from different disciplines. The issue of imprisonment is also an interesting topic. In this thesis both topics are connected. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether there is a subjective assessment of the quality of life for persons sentenced to imprisonment lower than in the normal population, and at the same time, this research is to verify whether there are differences in the subjective assessment of the quality of life, influenced by the current duration of imprisonment, age, gender and education.
