Abstract:

ULRYCHOVÁ, Kristýna, Sociální podniky v cestovním ruchu ve vybraném regionu. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2016. 69 stran. Tato bakalářská práce na téma Sociální podniky v cestovním ruchu ve vybraném regionu je věnována analýze sociálního podnikání a sociálního podniku v Praze v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Provádím případovou studii a analýzu sociálního podniku BezbaTour. V této práci věnuji pozornost sociálnímu podnikání v oblasti cestovního ruchu a problematice cestování tělesně handicapovaných osob a jejich možnosti cestovat. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je teoreticko- metodologická, a zabývá se vymezením pojmů sociální podnikání, sociální ekonomika, dále se zabývá cestovním ruchem a jeho vývojem v ČR v souvislosti s cestováním tělesně handicapovaných osob. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zabývá analytickým zpracováním sociálního podniku Bezba Tour a zaměřuje se na cestování tělesně handicapovaných osob pomocí interview s majitelem společnosti panem Bc. Michalem Pragerem, a dále pak pomocí osobního dotazníkového šetření se zaměstnanci chráněné dílny Cimbál. Ve třetí části je, díky informacím z analytické části, popsán návrh nového sociálního podniku, který zajišťuje jak zaměstnání, tak cestování tělesně handicapovaným.

This bachelor thesis on Social tourism businesses in the selected region is devoted to analyzing social entrepreneurship social enterprise in Prague in the field of tourism. I carry out a case study analyzing the social enterprise BezbaTour. In this work, I pay attention to social entrepreneurship in tourism issues traveling physical disabled people of their ability to travel. The bachelor thesis is divided to make three parts. The first part is theoretical and methodological, is concerned with defining the concepts of social entrepreneurship, social economy, Dale deals with tourism development in the Czech Republic in connection with traveling physical disabled persons. The second part deals with the analytical processing of social enterprise Bezba tour focuses on the physical handicapped people traveling through interviewing the company owner Mr. Ing. Michael Prager is then using a personal questionnaire to employees of sheltered workshops Cimbál. In the third part, thanks to information from the analytical part, described proposals for a new social enterprise, Which provides both employment as traveling physical disabilities.
