Creditworthiness and Development of the Municipality Český Těšín

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení hospodaření a stanovení bonity obce Český Těšín v letech 2016 až 2020, kdy s ohledem na její budoucí rozvoj jsou doporučena, na základě vyhodnocení finanční bonity, případná zlepšení v oblasti hospodaření arozvoje obce. Knaplnění cíle diplomové práce jsou použity metody deskripce, komparace a analýzy hospodaření obce. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obec, její hospodaření a rozvoj a následně na metody hodnocení bonity. V praktické části je charakterizována obec Český Těšín, její rozvojové podmínky a hospodaření. Dále je v praktické části pomoci finanční metody určená bonita obce Český Těšín v letech 2016 až 2020. Závěrem diplomové práce je shrnutí rozvoje a bonity obce Český Těšín a podání návrhů ke zlepšení bonity a budoucího rozvoje.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the management and creditworthiness of the municipality Český Těšín in the years 2016 to 2020, when with regard to its future development are recommended, based on the evaluation of financial creditworthiness, possible improvements in management and development of the village. The methods of description, comparison and analysis of the municipality's management are used to fulfill the goal of the diploma thesis. The theoretical part is focused on the municipality and its management and development and subsequently on the methods of credit assessment. The practical part characterizes the village Český Těšín, its development conditions and management. Furthermore, the practical part of the financial method determines the creditworthiness of the village Český Těšín in the years 2016 to 2020. The conclusion of the thesis is a summary of the development and creditworthiness of the village Český Těšín and submitting proposals to improve creditworthiness and future development.
