Analysis of the community plan of social services in the region Jilemnicko.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza komunitního plánu sociálních služeb regionu Jilemnicko se zabývá komunitním plánováním sociálních služeb, přesněji zpracovaným komunitním plánem sociálních služeb regionu Jilemnicko z roku 2006. Tento dokument je v bakalářské práci analyzován po obsahové stránce, z hlediska jeho naplnění, aktuálnosti v roce 2009, z hlediska možných změn v komunitě a v místních sociálních službách. Práce dále popisuje fungování pracovních skupin, sociální služby v regionu, uvádí nezbytný teoretický základ k danému tématu. Hodnocení komunitního plánu je zaměřeno na rizika, negativa, která se vyskytla při tvorbě dokumentu, a to z pohledu respondentů. Výsledkem analýzy je návrh pracovního postupu předcházení rizik při sestavování druhého komunitního plánu. Návrh vychází z ohrožení, rizik popsaných ve SWOT analýze, z názorů účastníků procesu. Jednotlivé návrhy se specificky vztahují k bodům popsaným ve SWOT analýze, obecná doporučení se týkají zapojení krajského metodika nebo konzultanta specializované firmy do procesu komunitního plánování, či vytvoření informační brožury pro účastníky komunitního plánování a širokou veřejnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Analysis of the community plan of social services in the region Jilemnicko deals with the community planning of social services, specifically processed to community plan of social services in the region Jilemnicko in 2006. The bachelor thesis analyzed the content, the fulfillment and the actual present utility of this document. The bachelor thesis also contains analysis of possible changes in the community and local social services. The work also describes behaviour of working groups, social services in the region and provides the necessary theoretical basis to the topic. Evaluation of community plan is focused on the risks and negatives, which occurred during creating the document from the perspective of the respondents. Outcome of the analysis is a proposal of working procedures to prevent risks in drawing up the second community plan. Proposal is based on threats, risks described in the SWOT analysis, the views of participants in the process. Particular proposals are specifically relating to items described in the SWOT analysis. General recommendations are relating to integration regional methodist or consultant firm specialized in the process of community planning and creation an information booklet for participants in community planning and the general community.
