Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití UHT technologie pro výrobu trvanlivých mléčných výrobků. Cílem práce je popsat technologii UHT záhřevu a trvanlivé mléčné výrobky.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of UHT technology for the production of durable dairy products. The aim of the work is to describe the technology of UHT heating and durable dairy products.
