Cílem diplomové práce je teoretická příprava společnosti VHV-OPUS, a. s. na zavedení systému managementu BOZP dle požadavků normy ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje základní pojmy a význam BOZP, legislativní požadavky BOZP a přístupy k řízení BOZP.
