Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo zjistit míru pracovní spokojenosti ve vybrané organizaci. Sledovali jsme míru spokojenosti s vnějšími faktory pracovní spokojenosti a celkovou pracovní spokojenost. K tomuto účelu jsme sestavili vlastní dotazník (Dotazník pro zaměstnance Dětského centra Brno). Aim of this study was to determine the degree of job satisfaction in the selected organization. We monitored the level of satisfaction with extrinsic factors of job satisfaction and overall job satisfaction.
