Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením uživatelské zkušenosti u vybraných mobilních bankovních aplikací. Cílem práce je ohodnotit vybrané aplikace z pohledu uživatelské zkušenosti. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny obory Customer Experience a User Experience. Pozornost je zaměřena také na UX design a principy tvorby UX designu.
