Demosthenes’ speech On the Peace
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá rozborem Démosthenovy řeči O míru. V prvních kapitolách se autorka věnuje historickému pozadí a poradnímu řečnictví. Dále v této práci rozebírá danou řeč z hlediska základních částí řeči a nakonec se věnuje rétorickým ozdobám. Zároveň poukazuje na originální text, kde se dané prvky objevují.
Abstract:
This thesis is about analysis of Demosthenes‘ speech On the Peace. In the beginning of the work author deals with the historical background, and deliberative oratory. Furthermore, this thesis discusses the speech in matter of basic parts of speech and then pays attention to figures and tropes. It also points to the original text, where the elements appear.
