Testing of skills of gross motor activity and balance in children of primary school age and their comparison with respect to sports workload

Abstract:

Tato má bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním dovedností hrubé motoriky a rovnováhy u dětí mladšího školního věku a jejich porovnání s ohledem na sportovní zátěž. Srovnává fotbalisty, s dětmi sportujícími, které mají pravidelnou řízenou sportovní aktivitu a vystřídali alespoň dva sporty nebo dětmi, které nesportují. V teoretické části je zaměřená na charakteristiku a specifika období mladšího školního věku, motoriku, členění motorických schopností a dovedností, motorické testy a přiblížíme si specifika fotbalu v období mladšího školního věku. V praktické části si stanovíme cíle, úkoly a hypotézy práce. Dále je v práci popsána testová baterie MABC-2 pomocí, které bude probíhat testování. Dále zde najdeme výsledky toho, jak si vedli jednotlivé skupiny v rámci míření a chytání (hrubá motorika) a rovnováhy, porovnání skupin pomocí Anova testu středních hodnot. Na závěr budou vyhodnoceny hypotézy a výsledná data budou porovnána s autory, kteří se rovněž zabývali podobným tématem.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with testing gross motor skills and balance of younger school-aged children and its comparison with regard to sports load. The comparison concerns children engaged in sports - football who have regular controlled sports activity and alternated with at least two sports or children not engaged in sports. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on characteristics and specifics of younger school-aged children, their motor skills, classification of these skills and abilities, motor tests and specifications of football at this age. In the practical part are stated goals, tasks and hypothesis. Further in the thesis tested battery MABC-2 is described, according to the testing will be held. Recorded data will be evaluated in the final part, the groups will be compared via Anova test. Eventually the hypothesis will be evaluated and the data will be compared with the data of authors who dealt with similar subject.
