Práce se zabývá právním rozborem soustavy Natura 2000 v rámci zákona 114/1992 Sb., o ochraně přírody a krajiny s přihlédnutím k jejímu evropskému kontextu. The main purpose of this dissertation is the legal analysis of the legal arrangement of the Natura 2000 network in the Act No. 114/1992 on nature and landscape protection by taking the european context under consideration.
