Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na životní osudy Jiřího Havelky, jenž byl v období tzv. druhé republiky a Protektorátu Čechy a Morava ministrem bez portfeje a posléze ministrem dopravy a přednostou kanceláře presidenta Emila Háchy. Hlavní pozornost je tu zaměřena na léta 1938-1945, ale pro zjištění širších souvislostí je tu zobrazen i předchozí život Jiřího Havelky (25. 7. 1892 Orel, Rusko - 5. 6. 1964 Hostomice pod Brdy), stejně jako jeho osudy po roce 1945. Od počátku prosince 1938 do dubna 1939 byl Havelka ministrem bez portfeje, současně byl pověřen vedením presidentovy kanceláře, v letech 1939-1941 působil jako ministr dopravy a dále vedl kancelář presidenta Háchy, a to do roku 1941. Diplomová práce popisuje Havelkovy kroky v roli ministra, a především přednosty kanceláře, a popisuje, jaký byl jeho vliv na Emila Háchu. S tím bezprostředně souvisí popis jeho protinacistické činnosti, která se prolínala s působením ve funkci člena vlády Protektorátu, jakožto autonomního území Velkoněmecké říše. V neposlední řadě je tato práce věnována letům 1942-1945, kdy byl Havelka v domácí internaci pod dohledem strážců. Důležitou částí práce je také průběh procesu před Národním soudem, který probíhal v roce 1947.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the liver Jiří Havelka, who was a ministr without portfolio during the Protectorate of Behemia and Moravia and later the ministr of transport and head of the office of President Emil Hácha. The main focus her eis on the years 1938-1945, but in order to establish wider connections, the previous life of Jiří Havelka (July 25, 1892 Orel, Russia - June 5, 1964 Hostomice pod Brdy) i salso show here, as well as his fate after 1945. From the beginning of December 1938 to April 1939, Havelka was a ministr without portfolio, at the same time he was entrusted with the management of the president's office, in the years1939-1941 he served as the ministr of transport and continued to lead the office of President Hácha until 1941. The diploma thesis describes Havelka's steps in the role of minister, and above all the heads of the office, and explains chat his influence was on Emil Hácha. This is directly related to the description of his anti-Nazi activity, which was inertwined with his work as a member of the government of the Protectorate, as an autonomous territory of Greater Germany Empire. Last but not least, this work is dovoted to the years 1942-1945, when Havelka was under house arrest under the supervisit of guards. An important part of the work i salso the course of the trial efore the National Court, which took place in 1947.
