Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem brownfields na území města Brna se zaměřením na období mezi lety 2015-2020. Jednotlivá území jsou hodnocena z hlediska stavu, vlastnictví a rozlohy. This Master’s thesis deals with the development of brownfields in the city of Brno with the main focus on the period between 2015-2020. Each area is evaluated in terms of current development status, ownership, and size.
