Bakalářská práce pojednává o pohledu ostatních nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků na všeobecnou sestru z hlediska vzdělání, kompetencí, hlavní náplní profese aj. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii ošetřovatelství, vzdělávání všeobecných sester, jejich kompetence a roli pohlaví. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is about the viewpoint of other nonmedical sanitary worker staff on general nurse in terms of nursery history. education, competences and gender role. Research part consists of quantitative research, evaluation of the obtained data and discussion. Questionnaire survey method determines mentioned viewpoint of other nonmedical sanitary worker staff to this problematic
