Tato diplomová práce v teoretické části poukazuje na důležitost funkce komunikace. Hlavním cílem této práce je, na základě získaných informací a analýz, navrhnout model možné komunikační strategie při integraci subjektů v jednu firmu, a to s ohledem na jednotlivé subjekty, jež do procesu vstupují s rozlišnou firemní kulturou.
