Moje diplomová práce se zabývá základními lidskými právy a jejich procesní ochranou. Pojednává o jednotlivých lidských právech a jejich vývoji. Představuje orgány zabývající se jejich ochranou na české a na mezinárodní úrovni.
Abstract:
My thesis is engaged in fundamental human rights and liberties and its procedural protection. It deals with several human rights and its evolution. It introduces czech and international authorities which deal with the fundamental human rights protection.
