Bakalářská práce pojednává o nástrojích motivace a stimulace ve společnosti DK OPEN spol. s r. o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoreticko-metodologické části a aplikační části. The bachelor thesis deals with instruments of motivation and stimulation in the company DK OPEN Ltd.
