Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je veřejná správa na úseku ochrany ovzduší. Myslím si, že je to velice aktuální téma, které se dotýká každého jednoho z nás. A to nejen proto, že v loňském roce nabyl účinnosti zcela nový zákon, upravující ochranu ovzduší na našem území, ale hlavně proto, že to co vdechujeme, máme všichni společné.
