Práce se věnuje otázce poskytování finanční asistence v obchodněprávních vztazích. První část je zaměřena na samotný pojem finanční asistence a její účel. Dále je pak představena tzv. Druhá směrnice, která je základem pro členské státy Evropské unie. The thesis is focused on the financial assistance. The first part deals with the general characteristics and the aim of the regulation. Then, the thesis concerns detailed chronological development of the institute of the financial assistance in regard to the Second regulation, Czech obchodní zákoník, English Companies Act and French Code de commerce.
