Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení rozvojového potenciálu města Strmilov a ná- sledné navrhnutí opatření, která mohou vést k lepšímu a udržitelnějšímu rozvoji města. V rámci ekonomické části je vypracovaná finanční analýza obce v letech 2015 až 2023. Finanční analýza zahrnuje velikost výdajů a příjmů obcí a také jejich strukturu. Dále se kapitola zaměřuje na monitorující ukazatele. Největším problé- mem obce je úbytek obyvatel a řešení tohoto problému. V rámci finanční analýzy je nejzásadnější zadlužení obce v letech 2018 až 2020. Toto zadlužení vzniklo ve spojení s náročným investičním projektem do výstavby a rekonstrukce čističky odpadních. Obec by se měla zaměřit zejména na snížení zadluženosti a zvýšení atraktivnosti z důvodu udržení mladých rodin v obci a přilákání nových obyvatel.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the development potential of Strmilov and to propose measures that can lead to a better and more sustainable development of the town. The economic part includes a financial analysis of the municipality from 2015 to 2023. The financial analysis includes the size of municipal expenditures and revenues as well as their structure. Furthermore, the chapter focuses on monitoring indicators. The biggest concern of the municipality is the population decline and the solution to this problem. The most significant aspect of the financial analysis is the Village’s debt burden from 2018 to 2020. This indebtedness was incurred in conjunction with a challenging investment project in the construction and renovation of the wastewater treatment plant. The Village should focus primarily on reducing debt and increasing attractiveness in order to keep young families in the Village and attract new residents.
