Abstract:
Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh zavedení systému řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) dle normy OHSAS 18001. V práci jsou nejprve popsány požadavky vztahující se k jednotlivým prvkům normy OHSAS 18001. Dále je provedeno porovnání těchto požadavků se současným stavem systému řízení BOZP ve společnosti. The diploma thesis deals with a proposal of implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in compliance with OHSAS 18001 standard in the company GTW BEARINGS. Firstly the thesis describes the requirements for each element of OHSAS 18001 standard. These requirements are compared with the current situation of OH&S management system in the company.
