Resocialization of Persons with Psychotic Disorders

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce nese název Resocializace pacientů s psychotickým onemocněním. Diplomová práce je zaměřena pouze na diagnózu schizofrenie a na samotnou resocializace pacientů, tedy na to, jak je možné pomoci člověku po návratu z psychiatrické léčebny. V první kapitole teoretické části je čtenář uveden do problematiky duševních poruch z obecného hlediska. Je seznámen s vymezením a etiologií nemoci schizofrenie, ale také s historií a současnou péčí o lidi s onemocněním schizofrenie. O tom jak odborníci definují schizofrenii, o jejích formách a průběhu tohoto onemocnění je psáno ve druhé kapitole teoretické části diplomové práci. Třetí stěžejní kapitola této práce je věnována péči o osoby se schizofrenií. Praktická část diplomové práce je popsána ve čtvrté kapitole. V praktické části práce jsou zpracovány a analyzovány případové studie. Výzkumným vzorkem, klíčovým pro splnění stanoveného cíle, byly osoby trpící schizofrenií. Dále byla zmapována centra pro duševně nemocné ve Zlínském kraji a na základě analýzy dat, která byla poskytnuta přímo v těchto centrech, byly vyhodnoceny dílčí výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

This graduation theses is named „The Resocialization of Persons with Psychotic Disorders“. In a narrower sense focuses on a man with schizophrenia, and on the case, how to help him after his return from a psychiatric hospital. In chapter one of the theoretical part, the reader is referred into the problems of mental disorders in general. The leader is referred with the definition and etiology of illness of schizophrenia, but also with the history and current care of people with the disease of schizophrenia. About how the experts define schizophrenia, and about their forms and the course of this disease is written in the second chapter of the theoretical part in my graduation theses. The third main chapter of this theses is devoted to the care of persons with schizophrenia. Practical part is described in the chapter four. In the practical part are presented and analyzed the case studies. Research sample, a key to fulfill of set targets, were the person suffering of schizophrenia. Also were mapped the centers for the mentally ill in the Zlín region and based on the analysis of data, which were provided in these centers, were evaluated particular research questions.
