Cílem této práce je poskytnout jasný návod, jak se efektivně bránit proti nesprávnému a nezákonnému postupu zadavatele, a to takovým způsobem, aby zahrnoval všechny důležité informace týkající se jednotlivých podání, s důrazem na podání specifická pro ZVZ.
