Support measures for inclusive education through the eyes of teachers

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou využívání podpůrných opatření v inkluzivním vzdělávání. Cílem bylo zjistit názory učitelů na tři nejčastěji uplatňovaná podpůrná opatření. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Ve čtyřech kapitolách teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy, legislativa, výzkumy a podmínky inkluze. V praktické části je popsán vlastní výzkum a výsledky výzkumného šetření. Z výsledků šetření vyplývá, že učitelé na 1. stupni ZŠ lépe spolupracují s asistenty pedagoga než učitelé na 2. stupni, učitelé 1. stupně jsou také více spokojeni s nabídkou kompenzačních pomůcek a učebnic. K individuálním vzdělávacím plánům převažuje u učitelů negativní stanovisko.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the use of supporr measures in inclusive education. The aim was to identify teacher´s views on three most freguently applied support measures. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The four chapters of the theoretical part describe the concepts, legislation, research and conditions of inclusion. The practical part describes my own research and the results of the research investigation. The results of the investigation show that teachers at basic schools work with teaching assistants better than teachers at secondary schools Teachrs at basic schools are also more satisfied with the offer of compensatory aids and textbooks. Most teachers have negative opinion on individual education plans.
