Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice genu TP53 a Li-Fraumeniho syndromu, který je způsoben zárodečnými mutacemi v tomto genu. Produktem genu TP53 je protein p53, jehož funkce spočívá v ochraně organismu proti vzniku nádorových onemocnění. Je schopen navodit apoptózu neboli řízenou buněčnou smrt buněk, pozastavit buněčný cyklus a poskytnout tak reparačním enzymům čas potřebný na opravu poškozené …moreAbstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to gene TP53 and Li-Fraumeni syndrome, which is caused by germline mutations in this gene. The product of the TP53 gene is the p53 protein, whose function is to protect the body against cancer illnesses.
