Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je optimalizace nákladů stavební firmy. V teoretické části popíšu parametry malého podniku a právní formy podnikání, podnikatele a podniku. V praktické části zhodnotím současný stav podniku a navrhnu strategii pro optimalizaci jeho nákladů.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to optimize the financial costs of the construction company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the parameters of a small company and the legal forms of business, businessman and company. The practical part evaluates the current state of the company and offers the strategy for its cost optimization.
