Position of Early intervention for Families with Children with Multiple disabilities in the System of coordinated rehabilitation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ranou péči, která podporuje rodiny dítěte s kombinovaným zdravotním postižením a popisuje její pozici v systému koordinované rehabilitace. Cílem teoretické části práce je objasnit souvislosti mezi ranou péčí a konceptem koordinované rehabilitace a vytvořit tak teoretická východiska pro zpracování výzkumu. Na začátku teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická a metodologická východiska. Dále se zabývám problematikou rodiny a dítětem s kombinovaným postižením. Samostatnou kapitolu věnuji rané péči a nakonec ji propojuji s konceptem koordinované rehabilitace. Teoretické poznatky předcházejí výzkumné části. Pro výzkum jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii. Výzkumná část analyzuje a interpretuje zkušenosti poradců s návazností a propojováním jiných oborů a resortů, které zasahují do přímé i nepřímé práce při intervencích poradce s klientskou rodinou. Výzkum ukazuje, jak poradci rané péče vnímají mezioborovou spolupráci.

Abstract:

The Master's thesis focuses on the early intervention, which supports families of a child with a combined disability, and it describes its position in the system of coordinated rehabilitation. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to clarify the connections between early intervention and the concept of the coordinated rehabilitation and to create theoretical foundations for processing of the research. At the beginning of the theoretical part, the theoretical and methodological foundations are described. Further, I deal with the problematics of a child with a combined disability and his family. I dedicate a separate chapter to early intervention and eventually I connect with the concept of coordinated rehabilitation. Theoretical findings precede the research part. I have chosen a qualitative research strategy for my research. The research part analyses and interprets the experience of counsellors with connection and combination of other fields and provinces which affect direct and indirect labour during the interventions of the counsellor with a client family. The research shows how the counsellors of early intervention perceive multidisciplinary cooperation.
