Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání účinku společenské odpovědnosti Západočeského konzumního družstva na život v regionu. K dosažení cíle práce bylo využito provedení analýzy postoje družstva ke společenské odpovědnosti na základě koncepce 3P. Současně bylo uskutečněno dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na obyvatele Plzeňského regionu, převážně v oblasti Klatovska a Domažlicka s cílem zjištění subjektivních postojů obyvatel regionu ke společenské odpovědnosti ve všeobecné úrovni, zároveň byly zkoumány přístupy obyvatel k vybraným společensky odpovědným aktivitám ZKD Sušice a míra jejich vlivu na region. Další metodou vyhodnocování dat byla analýza družstva v rámci potravinové obslužnosti na venkovském prostoru. Na základě výsledků výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že družstvo naplňuje koncepci 3P a svou činností pozitivně ovlivňuje život v regionu. Bylo doporučeno zpracovávat zprávy o společenské odpovědnosti dle GRI a založení instagramového účtu družstva. Výzkumem došlo ke stanovení oblastí, kterým je zapotřebí věnovat zvýšený zájem.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the effect of social responsibility of the West Bohemian Consumer Cooperative on the life in the region. In order to achieve the aim of the thesis, an analysis of the cooperative's attitude towards social responsibility based on the 3P concept was used. At the same time, a questionnaire survey was carried out on the inhabitants of the Pilsen region, mainly in the Klatovy and Domažlice areas, in order to determine the subjective attitudes of the region's inhabitants towards social responsibility at a general level, while the attitudes of the inhabitants towards selected socially responsible activities of the ZKD Sušice and the extent of their influence on the region were also investigated. Another method of data evaluation was the analysis of the cooperative in the context of food service in the rural area. Based on the research results, it was found that the cooperative fulfils the 3P concept and positively influences the life in the region through its activities. It was recommended to prepare social responsibility reports according to GRI and to establish an instagram account of the cooperative. The research has identified areas that need increased attention.
