Right to a Fair Trial in Case-law of European Court of Human Rights
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o právu na spravedlivý proces tak, jak ho upravuje Úmluva o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod. Zkoumá pohled Evropského soudu pro lidská práva a jeho judikatury na článek 6 a na další ustanovení Úmluvy, týkající se práva na spravedlivý proces.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the right to a fair trial as guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights. It examines the viewpoint of the European Court of Human Rights and its judicial decisions regarding Article 6 and other provisions of the Conventions concerning the right to a fair trial.
