Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů ovlivňujících jednání a rozhodování manažerů a úředníků v podmínkách krajských a obecních úřadů. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši zaměřenou o poznatky o obci, kraji, úřednících a jejich funkcích, jejich zásad, stylů a předpokladů. Dále se zabývá funkcí rozhodování a metodou rozhodovacích stromů. Aplikační část se bude zabývat řešením daného úkolu, vyhodnocením dotazníku a rozhovory s respondenty. Diplomová práce bude vyhodnocena pomocí dotazníkového šetření oslovením manažerů a dále pomocí strukturovaného rozhovoru. Práce bude ukončena diskuzí a závěrem.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of factors influencing the actions and decision-making of managers and officials in the conditions of regional and municipal offices. The theoretical part contains a literature search focused on knowledge about the municipality, region, officials and their functions, their principles, styles and assumptions. It also deals with the decision-making function and the method of decision trees. The application part will deal with the solution of the given task, the evaluation of the questionnaire and interviews with the respondents. The diploma thesis will be evaluated using a questionnaire survey by addressing managers and further using a structured interview. The work will end with a discussion and conclusion.
